My Journey
There was a time I believed being a “nice girl” meant keeping everyone else comfortable — even if it meant losing myself.
I was born into a conservative culture where women were expected to care for the relationships, the children, and the household. I carried that weight — silently, dutifully — until it crushed me. I became emotionally over-responsible for everyone around me. And in the process, I completely lost myself.
Eventually, the pressure cracked open into panic attacks, disordered eating, and deep depression. I felt numb. Disconnected. Exhausted from trying to be everything to everyone.
And so, in 2014, I chose myself.
I told my job — and my family — that I was leaving. With nothing but a one-way ticket and a heart full of curiosity, I flew to India.
There, I did the unthinkable: I slowed down.
I sat in silence. I listened.
I let myself feel.
I began peeling away the layers that were never truly mine.
The Healing
But real healing didn’t happen all at once.
It came years later — through heartbreak, loneliness, and the challenge of being in a new country while studying for a Master’s degree.
And then, life brought me love.
I met the man who would become my husband — and with him, a new layer of healing opened — deeper, relational, embodied.
I want to be clear: he was not the solution. By then, I had already walked many miles on my own healing path. But what made the difference was that he too was willing to do the work. And together, we could go deeper than either of us could alone.
Because this is something I now know with all my heart: we cannot heal in isolation. We need outside support. We need the presence of another nervous system to co-regulate with, to mirror us, to remind us that we are not alone.
In our relationship, the old patterns were exposed. But instead of turning away, we made a vow: to seek support, to lean into guidance, and to use our partnership as a path of growth.
Together, we explored healing through cold immersion, breathwork, trauma therapy, plant medicine, fasting, intuitive practices, coaching, and holistic ritual.
And slowly, so slowly, I began to hear my own voice again.
Who I Am Now
Today, I no longer strive to be the “good girl.”
I don’t chase external validation or shrink to make others comfortable.
I honor my quirks, my edges, my emotions — all of me.
I take up space — not from ego, but from truth.
I speak my needs. I set boundaries. I care for my energy.
And when life gets hard, I no longer carry it all alone. I ask for support.
I love deeply — but not at the expense of myself.
I’ve faced the fear of being “too much” or “not enough” — and walked right through it.
Because I know now: my medicine matters.
And I help other women remember that theirs does too.
Why This Matters
I guide women not by giving them answers — but by being fully, unapologetically myself.
So you can feel permission to do the same.
And I guide by offering a space — safe, supportive, steady — where you can remember that you don’t have to do it all alone anymore.
Too often, we lean only on our partners, our families, or we isolate in silence. But healing is not meant to happen in isolation. We all need support outside of our closest relationships — places where we can soften, feel, and be fully ourselves without judgment.
This work is not about becoming someone else.
It’s about remembering who you already are — before the world told you to be small.
About Wild Woman
Wild Woman is all about helping women reconnect with their inner Wild Woman — the beautiful, intuitive, vibrant, wise, and creative being you already are…
This is a holistic path — welcoming and integrating ALL of you, not just fragments. It is intended to help you heal and reunify yourself with clarity and compassion, moving forward with more purpose and confidence rather than being held back by limiting beliefs and patterns.
You don’t have to feel burnt out, exhausted, guilty, lost, or alone anymore.
In our work together, we explore a variety of techniques, modalities, and exercises — both modern and ancient, rooted in nature, spirituality, and science.
We don’t just focus on the mind and intellectualize our past, patterns, emotions, and goals. We go beyond awareness, building emotional literacy and attunement, using conscious release, somatic work, co-regulation, and so much more.
The Elements in Our Healing Journey
In our work together, the elements are not just incidental or external components — they are living, breathing guides from the natural world that hold and support us through transformation.
Earth
Earth is our great space-holder — the steady, nurturing ground beneath our feet that holds us all. She calls us back into the body, back into presence. Instead of living only in the mind — in constant thinking, planning, and figuring things out — she invites us to root down through movement, breath, and embodied awareness. In her embrace, we remember stability, safety, and the simplicity of being fully here.
Water
Water is the cleansing flow — washing away what no longer serves and inviting us to release grief, tears, and old stories. She teaches us to work with our emotions, to feel even what we fear, and to soften into support so healing can truly integrate.
Air
Air is the breath of life — our very first act when we are born, and our very last when we leave this world. Between those two moments, breath is one of the most powerful tools we have to guide us. With awareness, we can learn to breathe through life with calm and presence. The air is the invisible healer, inviting us to reconnect with the subtle power of our inhale and exhale, filling our whole being and carrying us gently back to ourselves.
Fire
Fire is sacred medicine — the transformative energy of the sweatlodge, of cacao, and of the inner flame we carry within. It is courage, passion, and power — the spark that purifies and awakens us. In this space, we learn to work with healthy anger, to set boundaries, and to reclaim the fire within as a force for creation and change.
Aether
Ether is the stillness—the sacred space that holds all the elements together, the silence where transformation breathes and unfolds.
Spirit
Spirit is the deep connection — the essence within us that anchors us to our truest selves and to something greater beyond the everyday. It is your soul, your deeper knowing, your calling — the quiet truth of why you are here and what you came to do on this planet.
Together, these elements create the foundation of a healing journey that honours your whole self — body, mind, and spirit — allowing you to show up fully and reclaim your power with grace and presence.
