Breathwork – Cold Exposure – Mindset – Community
This workshop is an introduction to the Wim Hof method. You will learn everything you need to practice the method safely and on your own. The Wim Hof Method consists of three pillars: Breathing- Cold – Mindset. The combination of these three elements are powerful and with a mix of theory and practice, you can leave your comfort zone in a controlled manner. In this workshop, you will be prepared to use the Wim Hof method independently in your everyday life. The ice bath is optional.
