and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe, honest, and deeply nourishing.

Together with Michael Nuß, we are creating an intimate Spring Unfolding for a small, carefully held group of only 5 men and women.

This is not a large retreat.
It’s a close, intentional container where real transformation becomes possible.

Dedicated spaces to explore your inner world with others who share similar lived experiences—creating safety, honesty, and depth..

Nature 
Allow nature to support your process—grounding, calming, and opening space for integration.

Event Features & Modalities

Through breath, movement, presence, and sisterhood, you’ll be reminded of your power, your softness, and your truth. This is a space of healing, remembering, and returning. At this event, you’re invited to engage mindfully in the following practices.

Breathwork

Together, we will practice breathwork—conscious, intentional breathing patterns to help you reconnect with your body. We don’t force the breath, we allow it; creating space for all parts of us, release what we are holding, and return to a softened, grounded rhythm.

Cacao

Cacao is a beautiful, sacred medicine from the indigenous cultures of Peru, traditionally used to open the heart and invite deep connection. Through ritual, intention, and slow, mindful sensing, we allow the cacao to guide us inward—softening, opening, and creating space for love, intuition, clarity and presence.

Cold Bathing

The element of water is deeply purifying. Through cold immersion, we reconnect with our resilience, learning to grow stronger with stress and allowing the old to wash away gently. Water invites us to surrender, cleanse, and flow back into wholeness.

Female Wisdom

We honour the natural rhythms of the female cycle. Alongside this, we embrace the stages of life from maiden, mother, wise woman, recognizing the unique strengths and needs each phase brings. This work supports women through life's cycles and transitions, empowering them to nurture themselves with greater clarity and compassion.

Fire

We connect to the element of fire—both within and around us—as a source of power, strength, and transformation. Fire ignites clarity and action, channels our anger as a catalyst for change, and links us to one of the oldest, most primal teachers of resilience and renewal.

Meditation & Visualization

Meditation and visualization are invitations to slow down, quiet the mental noise, and soften into the deeper intelligence of the body. Through guided inner journeys, we move from the head into the heart, creating space for clarity, presence, and intuitive connection.

Movement

A space of freedom—where you can feel and move without judgment or expectation. We invite your body to explore, discover, and play with curiosity, opening to new sensations and the joy of being fully alive.

Nature

Nature holds it all—our bodies, our pain, our joy. She welcomes every part of us without judgment, inviting us to soften, release, and be held. A co-creation of the elements in ritual, art, and expression.

Nourishment

Your well-being begins with what you put inside your body. We honour clean, organic foods prepared with love and mindful awareness—because food is sacred, and how and what we eat deeply shapes our health, energy, and spirit.

Recognition

Recognition is the deepest part of the journey—acknowledging beliefs, patterns, and conditioning with compassion and clarity. It is about being truly seen and witnessed, and in turn, learning to honour others with the same depth, without needing to fix. This sacred space opens the door to profound healing and transformation.

Registration Process—What to Expect

  1. Complete the Registration Form
  2. You should receive an automated confirmation email (be sure to check your junk/spam folders, just in case)
  3. Look for another follow up email shortly thereafter with invoice + payment options (bank transfer or credit card)
  4. After payment is complete, your spot will be reserved
  5. You’ll get the rest of the event details, including how and what to prepare!

Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 18 years old, unless accompanied by a parent/legal guardian and with a signed consent form.

Health Notice

Before the event, all attendees must sign a Declaration of Health & Liability.

If you have conditions such as epilepsy, pregnancy, Raynaud’s syndrome, Cold Urticaria, high blood pressure, kidney issues, severe asthma, heavy migraines, severe panic attacks, or recent major surgery (within 6 months), please inform me and consult your doctor before attending the event to ensure it is safe for you.

Rachel Babaganov

Rachel Babaganov is a Women’s Coach, certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, and former nurse and public health researcher who stepped away from traditional systems to create spaces where women are truly seen, supported, and held. After years of witnessing how conventional approaches lacked the time, depth, and emotional presence that women deeply need—especially around self-worth, boundaries, the female cycle, and inner clarity—Rachel chose a new path. One that honours the full spectrum of a woman’s experience. Through breath, movement, and presence, she guides women out of over-functioning and back into themselves. More About Rachel here.
